From his peasant origins in Anjou, Michel Galloyer has retained
a taste for effort and work. From his earliest childhood, he
had only one obsession: to be a pâtissier (pastry maker), so he
became an apprentice. Today, he is at the head of a constantly
expanding boulangerie-pâtisserie (baker’s shop/pastry shop)

man, ambitious and proud to be so, convinced that work is
the only source of progress and that individual value is the
basis for any collective success.
Faithful to his leitmotiv: “ learn and train ”, he has become
one of the masters of French boulangerie-pâtisserie, and
continues to pass on his know-how to the younger generations
in France, the United States, Japan and Lebanon.
Why not me ? is not an introspection, it is a sign of hope
passed on to young people : Why not you ?
